In class writing 2
On my way to my english class, from my dorm, I observed multiple examples of visual rhetoric. My first step out of my room, in Brayton Hall, I saw posters on every wall campaining different students running for hall council. After I walked down my hall and went down the elevator, I walked out of the building where I heard the sound of cars racing by trying to get a good parking spot in the commuter parking lot and the sound of many students talking as they make their way to their first class of the moring at 8 a.m. Walking down McKinley street, I observed numerous posters and flyers promoting students to attend the first home football game this week. The bright flyers promoting all different clubs and groups were laying all over the empty ground just waiting for a concerned student to pick one up and become intrigued by the particular group. This particular walk changed my awareness because I realized that just by walking down the street from my dorm to my first class I can find multiple examples of visual rhetoric that can potentially open up my eyes and make my walk more enjoyable and also help me write descriptively in my english class.
