In class writing 2
On my walk to class today, I encountered many different visual rhetoric. From stepping out of my dorm room to walking down the hall, I saw many flyers in bright colors and different fonts of writing. While continuing down the stairs and to the lobby, I was greeted by shirts with different logos, and even brand symbols. After stepping foot out of my complex, and walking down the street there were so many more flyers, signs, and even logos on shirts. As I continued through Lafollette parking lot, I saw more signs with colors and fonts, and even noticed the shapes and architecture of buildings and designs. When finally arriving at the Robert Bell building, I again noticed the bright color flyers, and the thousands of name brand, band, school, and even movie logos everyone was wearing. Throughout thinking about the different visual rhetoric I encountered in my short walk here this morning, I have a better understanding of the meaning, and a mindset of what to look for and notice everyday.
