 I personally believe that the sale and production of cigarettes should not be legally prohibited because that would be in violation of our rights as American citizens. As Americans we get the freedom of choice, and with his freedom we can choose whether to smoke or not. I do agree that some restrictions could be made, such as warning labels and better filters, but not to prohibit them all together. Not to mention that prohibiting cigarettes would make many people lose their jobs.
