I personally believe that the production and sale of cigarettes should not be legally prohibited because I see the advertisement of cigarettes as something who should only effect those who are smokers. We all know the downside of smoking and if someone decides to continue onward with smoking then so be it, it is their life and they know the long acting consequences of being a smoker. Basically I am not a smoker but I will admit the smoking industry is big, the amount of sales they make a day alone is probably sky high and it should not be my or any other nonsmokers place to get in the way of their production and sales because we are not interested. Smoking is a life choice made by that person in general. If one doesn't care for it or even like it then they should avoid the advertisements and smokers. It would be unethical to shut down a major money maker because of personal beliefs.
